<p>A kind of mobile communication terminal, i.e. a portable telephone (1), stores its identification information (32) in a memory (18). An IC card interface (23) in the portable telephone (1) transfers information to/from an IC card reader/writer provided in a public telephone (2). A control circuit (17) controls the IC card interface (23) to deliver a command for establishing a public telephone line to the public telephone (2) and to deliver its identification information as charging information.</p> |
