<p>An infinitely-variable automotive torque converter has a revolving variable-speed gear. The torque converter has roller bearings, a mantle and zigzag lamella rings. The mantle surfaces are in the form of a zigzag lamella rings resting on axles, which move in an infinitely-variable radial change of position between the drum hub and lamella rings. The arrangement effectively changes the roller bearing diameter and drum mantle.</p> |
