The method involves using both energy media generated in a heat-force coupling system, i.e. hot water and a heat flow, solely to supply heat to a heating demand medium with a heat pump(s) and autonomous heat supply. The heat-force coupling system supplies the basic hot water load and a boiler system supplies the peak load. The heat flow system likewise has peak load systems. The heat flow generated for the basic load is used solely to supply heat. The method involves using both energy media generated in a heat-force coupling system (1), that is hot water and a flow of heat, exclusively for supplying heat to the connected heating demand medium using at least one heat pump (3.1,3.2) and autonomous heat supply. The heat-force coupling system supplies the basic hot water load and a boiler system (2) supplies the peak load. The heat flow system likewise has systems for covering the peak load and the heat flow generated for the basic load is used exclusively for supplying heat.
