PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling performance of a unit mounted on a vehicle. SOLUTION: A cooling liquid bypass passage 19 is provided on a cooling liquid circulating passage 21 for cooling a fuel cell 1, and inflow and inflow stop of the cooling liquid to the cooling liquid bypass passage 19 is switched by a cooling liquid passage switching valve 11. On the other hand, a refrigerant bypass passage 61 is provided on a refrigerant passage 41 of an air conditioning unit provided with an electric compressor 31, a condenser 33, and an evaporator 39. Inflow and inflow stop of a refrigerant to the refrigerant bypass passage 61 is switched by refrigerant passage switching valve 47. The cooling liquid bypass passage 19 and the refrigerant bypass passage 61 are connected to a heat exchanger 15 provided with a thermal storage medium 25, and heat is exchanged between the cooling liquid and the thermal storage medium 25, between the cooling liquid and the refrigerant, and between the thermal storage medium 25 and the refrigerant by the heat exchanger 15. |
