PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile power steering system wherein the cross section of the flow of a hydraulic fluid to be returned through a return line is abruptly changed for greatly improving the effect of reducing noises. SOLUTION: The system comprises an orifice member provided in a joint between a return pipe and a return hose and having a body whose outer diameter is the same the inner diameter of the return pipe for storage in the return pipe and a head portion whose outer diameter is the same as the inner diameter of the return hose for storage in the return hose. The orifice member is formed with a small-cross-section orifice passing through the body and the head for controlling the pressure and spud of the hydraulic fluid moved from the return pipe to the return hose to reduce noises. |
