PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation composition which lowers the fever of a diseased part, salves inflammation, has antiseptic and anti-fungal actions, prevent the development of skin inflammation and stinks due to decay has astringency, and gives a skin care preparation having excellent analgesic and anti-phlogistic properties, to provide the skin care preparation using the composition, and to provide a plaster using the composition. SOLUTION: The skin care preparation composition comprises (a) 100 pts.wt. of a dry gardenia obtained from the fruits of one or more kinds of gardenia plants, (b) 30 to 120 pts.wt., preferably 40 to 100 pts.wt., of dry rhizomes obtained from the rhizomes of one or more kinds of ginger plants, and (c) 10 to 140 pts.wt., preferably 20 to 120 pts.wt., of zinc oxide. |
