METHOD FOR DEGASSING INK-JET PRINTING HEAD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily filling an ink-jet head with an ink without abandoning a large quantity of ink. SOLUTION: An ink-jet head comprising a nozzle for jetting an ink is filled with an ink after filling the inside of the ink head with a carbonic acid gas or a gas having a 0.5 cm<3> or more solubility with respect to 20 deg.C water. Moreover, an ink-jet head comprising a nozzle for jetting a solvent ink containing an organic solvent as the principal component is filled with an ink after filling the inside of the ink head with a gas having a high solubility with respect to the organic solvent.
