PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a co-rotation preventive apparatus capable of preventing co-rotation of a bolt at simple handling. SOLUTION: The co-rotation preventive apparatus comprises a pair of engaging members 2 and 3 having engaging portions 11 and 12 engageable to relatively approached inner side faces of adjacent bolt head portions BH; an operating means 4 capable of position-switching both engaging members 2 and 3 to a rotation controlling position controlling rotation of the bolt B, by moving a pair of the engaging members 2 and 3 to an approaching direction and a separating direction by means of operation of a lever member 26, and by press-engaging the engaging portions 11 and 12 to the inner side face of the adjacent bolt head portion BH; and a releasing position releasing press-engagement of both engaging portions 11 and 12 to the adjacent bolt head portion BH.
