PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for coating plastics, having good adhesion to the plastics and high weatherability. SOLUTION: This resin composition essentially comprises an acrylic resin and/or a urethane resin and an ultraviolet-absorbing resin obtained by using an ultraviolet-absorbing group-bearing polyester polyol.
