PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-freezing agent coated cloth which can prevent frost from adhering to a face to be applied by applying an anti-freezing agent to the face to be applied such as the outer surface of a windshield of an automobile or the like with simple work. SOLUTION: Since the anti-freezing agent coated cloth is characterized by adhering the anti-freezing agent on the surface of the cloth detachably to the cloth face, the anti-freezing agent can be detached from the cloth face with the simple work of rubbing the face to be applied and simply and surely adhered on the face to be applied like a film, therefore, for example, even in the case that the face to be applied which is the outer surface of the windshield is left outside throughout the night at the winter season when the temperature is low, adhesion of frost on the face to be applied is prevented and visibility of the windshield can be excellently maintained.
