PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall body structure which can inhibit the transfer of a harmful substance from an area made impervious or polluted in ground, without the use of a cement-based solidifying material, can realize an extremely low coefficient of permeability, can be constructed in a moderately cured state, has deformation-following properties, suppresses the appearance of cracks, etc., and gives consideration to environmental preservation and soil pollution; and provide a continuous wall body, which is formed of an inorganic natural product-based material in a cured manner by utilizing in-situ soil, etc., eliminates a fear such that a surrounding area may be polluted with strong alkali and serves as an impervious wall and an earth retaining wall, and a construction method for the continuous wall body. SOLUTION: In the construction method for the cured continuous wall body, the wall body structure of a prescribed thickness is formed of a mixture of granulated blast furnace slag, bentonite, water and soil, and held for a prescribed time so as to be cured.
