PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembling by positioning a biasing member for an initial torque. SOLUTION: The differential gear is provided with a differential case 3 comprising a cover 21 and a casing body 19 and rotation by driving force of a motor, a differential mechanism 9 for distributing the rotation of the differential case 3 to the wheel side, friction clutches 11, 11 for limiting the differential movement of the differential mechanism 9 and the biasing members 13, 13 providing the initial torque by prepressurizing the clutches 11 and 11. Positioning parts 15, 17 for supporting the biasing member 13 to be positioned are provided on the cover 21 and the casing body 19.
