PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide carburized steel parts superior in fatigue resistance after carburization, by making a structure of non-carburized layer after carburization treatment to be a composite structure consisting of ferrite and hard structure. SOLUTION: The high fatigue-strength carburized steel parts are characterized in that the inner structure after carburization treatment is the composite structure consisting of 0.3-30% (by area ratio) ferrite and the balance of a hard structure, and longer axes of ferrite grains are 100μm or less.
