PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet without deteriorating its transparency by preventing polyolefin-based resin films from adhering to each other. SOLUTION: A transparent sheet 1 is produced by pasting a polyolefin-based resin film 3 both surfaces of which are applied with a corona treatment with one surface of a transparent resin film 2. The polyolefin-based resin film 3 has an uneven work surface 31 in which the uneven works are carried out to the face opposed to the transparent resin film 2. The transparent resin film 2 is pasted with the uneven work surface 31 of the polyolefin-based resin film 3 via an adhesive agent layer 4.
