PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rotate only a squeegee mechanism part, simply and rapidly attach/ detach a squeegee without using a tool and the like, facilitate work for cleaning the ink and the like, which adhere to the squeegee and a scraper, prevent the deformation of the squeegee, decrease a clamping force of the squeegee, and prevent the generation of dust. SOLUTION: A pipe 60, both the ends of which are supported by a vertical motion mechanism 61 and a meshing mechanism 71, is provided on a squeegee head 31. A squeegee holder 33 is fixed almost to the center of the pipe 60. The mechanism 61 is formed of a vertical motion body 63, a support 65 for guiding the body 63, and an urging member 67 for urging the body 63 upward. The meshing mechanism 71 is formed of: a spur gear 73 which is provided on the same axis line as that of the pipe 60; and an internal gear 75 which meshes with the spur gear 73. The engagement of the spur gear 73 with the internal gear 75 is released so that an angle of the squeegee holder 33 can be adjusted.
