PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform beautiful and rapid work by preventing the leak of cutting wastewater being the point at issue of drilling work due to a wet core drill. SOLUTION: A rubber O-ring is provided to the lower part of this vacuum type double cylindrical water treatment pad provided with a negative pressure space part by making a cylinder double and closely brought into contact with the target surface of a drilling object to eliminate a leak. By this constitution, drilling work can be performed without leaking cutting wastewater to the outside of the water treatment pad.
