An arrangement for flooding open cast mines, which turn into lakes after mining has finished, comprises a flooding or siphon pipe with a large area distribution system at the outlet region. The flooding or siphon pipe has an associated mobile conditioning unit for solid and/or liquid neutralizing agents. The unit has pH and volume measurement units and a control unit.
