PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an ink jet recording paper wherein cracks are less, and also, of which the productivity is increased; and the ink jet recording paper manufactured by the manufacturing method. SOLUTION: For this manufacturing method for the ink jet recording paper, a coating liquid for which at least an inorganic particle-dispersed substance and a water-soluble polymer solution are mixed, is applied on a supporting body by feeding the coating liquid to a coating machine. In such a manufacturing method for the ink jet recording paper, the inorganic particle-dispersed substance is manufactured by dispersing an inorganic particle and a water base medium. In this case, the inorganic particle is dispersed in the water base medium under a state wherein the temperature of the inorganic particle is from 10 deg.C to 30 deg.C. |
