PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently reduce the temperature of exhaust gas emitted from a heating device using combustion gas. SOLUTION: A flue for leading out exhaust gas is provided with an outside air inlet for introducing low temperature outside air from outside the flue to thereby efficiently reduce the temperature of the exhaust gas. The efficient reduction in the temperature of exhaust gas reduces the temperature of the flue to reduce the temperature of an outer panel adjacent to the flue to a sufficiently safe level for the installation of the heating device in close contact with a wall surface.
