PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an initiator component for vehicle and its manufacturing method capable of offering good quality at a very low cost by precluding poor quality resulting from the production and/or the occurrence of detrimental burrs and/or turn-back when a groove for locating is formed and eliminating a plurality of complicated machining processes. SOLUTION: The initiator component for vehicle is furnished with at least one locating groove in which the inside of an upper surface peripheral position is chamfered by a cold forging process. |
