SOLUTION: As for the layout of the printing mark drawn on the surface of the progressive refractive power lens before completing the framing after manufacturing the progressive refractive power lens, a near part measuring reference area mark for displaying a place to measure the frequency by a lens meter is drawn in the shape of an oval or an ellipse long in a right-and-left direction in a state where the lens is attached and used, and position indexes are drawn at regular intervals in the right-and-left direction on the outside of the near part measuring reference area mark in the shape of the oval or the ellipse.
