PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a structure reinforcing tool, by which members to be connected are mutually connected firmly even when there is a stepped section between the mutual members to be mutually connected in a structure, energy applied to the members to be connected is dispersed even when the members to be connected mutually intend to conduct a displacement and the members to be connected are not damaged. SOLUTION: The structure reinforcing tool has a first fixed piece 1 to be combined on one side of the members to be mutually connected in the structure and a second fixed piece 2 to be combined with the other side of the members to be connected. The first fixed piece 1 and the second fixed piece 2 are joined relatively rotatably by connecting shafts 6 and 7. The structure reinforcing tool has a plate material crossed over the mutual members to be mutually connected, clamping members clamping the plate material and the members to be mutually connected and elastic members absorbing energy applied when the mutual members, which are interposed among the plate material and the clamping members and must be connected mutually, intend to conduct the displacement.
