PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction board capable of imparting a large variety of irregular surface patterns by a simple method without requiring large scale equipment and having VOC-adsorbing action and moisture-adsorbing action. SOLUTION: This construction board is formed by making a surface film on the surface of the board material with a paint mixed with silica gel and/or wood powder. Protruded parts are formed on the surface film with the silica gel and/or wood powder in the paint. Shirasu balloons and charcoal powder are porous and have low density. They, maintain a good dispersion state without precipitating when they are mixed with the paint, so the frequent agitation is not required and workability is good, thus, the uniform construction board is provided, as the homogenous dispersion state is achieved in the surface film formed by coating the surface with the paint.
