PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable shape change of a plurality of seats to a full flat state and a seating state by power without removing head restraint. SOLUTION: A front side seat 10 is assembled of a front side seat cushion 11 which opens a head rest storing recess 14 in a reverse face 13 at a prescribed position and can be reversed by a motor forward and a front side seat back 12 which is forward inclined by another motor. A rear side seat 20 is assembled of a rear side cushion 21 which opens a head rest storing recess 24 in a reverse 23 at a prescribed position to be installed rearward of the front side seat 10 at a proper interval and which can be reversed by a motor forward and a rear side seat back 22 which is forward inclined by another motor.
