PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate work to mount a bracket to a member on a vehicle body, with a cable extended from a transmission left connected to a shift lever supported by the bracket. SOLUTION: The cable extended from a transmission device 24 is connected to a shift lever 16 supported by a bracket 17. While this connection state is maintained, the bracket 17 can be mounted on a member 11 on the vehicle body. A positioning member 31 has a positioning pin 33 and a positioning hole 35. The positioning member 31 positions the bracket 17 against the member 11 on the vehicle body. The positioning pin 33 is provided in a protruding condition on either of the member 11 on the vehicle body or the bracket 17. The positioning pin 35 is formed on the other member and fitted to the positioning pin 33. While an annular protruding body 37 is formed integrally with an outer circumferential surface of the positioning pin 33, an annular recessed groove 38 is formed on an inner circumferential surface of the positioning hole 35.
