PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof automatic opening and closing device capable of avoiding restriction to appearance design and preventing a mechanism part from being influenced by dust or rain. SOLUTION: A guide 37 for guiding movements of a roof panel 2 is provided on a back window 3 on an inner side of a cabin. The roof panel 2 and a frame body 31 are fitted to each other by a first link mechanism 21, and a second link mechanism 35 for fitting the frame body 31 to a vehicle body 5 is provided.
