The information processing apparatus (100) decides the display coordinates of the pointer displayed on a display device (150) according to the coordinates input from an input device (110) and includes a shift distance calculation unit (120) for calculating a shift distance between a plurality of coordinates sampled as time series, an average calculation unit (130) for averaging one or more input coordinates sampled so as to calculate the display coordinates, and a range modification unit (140) for modifying the time series range of the input coordinates used for calculation of the display coordinates by the average calculation unit (130) according to the shift distance.</p> |
