PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner supply container, a sealing member, and a toner supplying device capable of securely replenishing toner in a simple operation without setting out the rotational direction of the toner supply container when a user operates the toner supply container. SOLUTION: In the driving power transmission mechanism, the driving power transmission section 20 and a driving power receiver 3 are mutually attachable/ detachable and the driving power transmission section 20 engages with the driving power receiver 3 to transmit a driving power from the driving power transmission section 20 to the driving power receiver 3. At least one of the driving power transmission section 20 and the driving power receiver 3 is formed of an elastic body which is elastically deformable and a driving power is transmitted by pressure-fitting either the driving power transmission section 20 or the driving power receiver 3 to the other.
