PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable protective tube providing high transparency, allowing the filled state of mortar therein to be observed from the outside, and providing high pressure resistance. SOLUTION: This cable protective tube for storing a cable and filling mortar therein comprises a protective tube 1 formed of ionomer resin providing excellent transparency and having smooth inner and outer surfaces and a spiral or net reinforcement material 2 for reinforcing the protective tube. The reinforcement material 2 may be buried in the protective tube 1. The protective tube 1 must not be limited to a smooth tube, but may be a spiral corrugated tube.
