PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-conductivity type hydrogen sensor excellent in responsiveness. SOLUTION: This sensor has temperature measuring elements 1 comprising a first and second thermistors of which the B constant is from 1,000K or more to 3,500K or less, a detecting element 11 where a case 10a having a hole contains one of the temperature measuring elements 1, and a reference element 26 where the other temperature measuring element 1 is sealed inside a case having no hole under dry air, a difference between resistance value changes in both the detecting element 11 and the reference element 13 caused by the introduction of hydrogen gas into the both elements 11, 13 is detected electrically to be converted into a hydrogen concentration, followed by an output. |
