PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box-type heat-insulating container capable of substantially reducing a connected trace of an operational nozzle at an external side wall, improving water-proof performance as well as its outer appearance and showing a superior returnable application in view of the time of endurable use. SOLUTION: This box-type heat insulating container is a box-type formed member comprised of an opening frame 31, side wall 3 enclosing four circumferences, bottom plate 4, a first surface member 51, a second surface member 52 and a foamed member 53 integrally covered by these surface members. The first surface member 51 forms an inner surface of the bottom plate 4, inner surface of the side wall 3, surface of the opening frame 31 and partial surface of the outer surface of the side wall 3. The second surface member 52 forms rear surface of the bottom plate 4 and part of the outer surface of the side wall. Outer circumferential extremity ends 51a, 52a at the outer surface of the side wall 3 are overlapped in parallel to each other along the outer surface so as to form an overlapped part 5a arranged along the outer circumference of the outer surface. |
