PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which a solvent-extracted component is produced with higher degree of improvement of purity and yield than a conventional method such as the distribution between solvents or a pre-extraction by a non-polar or a low polar solvent, and with the operational simplicity that is the same as that of the conventional method, on the degree of the improvement of the purity of the solvent-extracted component from animal or plant materials. SOLUTION: The solvent extract containing the target solvent-extracted component is obtained form the animal or plant materials through solvent extraction, and this solvent extract is dispersed in water to transfer the hydrophilic component contained therein into the water. In addition, a flocculant is added to this dispersed solution to flocculate a water-insoluble component, thereafter the aggregate is filtered off and then a good solvent of the target component is added to this aggregate to re-extract the target component. |
