<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct efficient lamination irrespective of the thickness and quality of a base. SOLUTION: In the method, a long laminated sheet 1 whereon characters, patterns and markers of prescribed positions are printed is carried through a carrying passage, guided by guide rollers 5. Herein an adhesive applying process wherein an adhesive is applied to the surface of the laminated sheet by a coater 7 provided in the middle of the carrying passage, a drying process wherein the adhesive is dried by a dryer 8 in the course of carrying the laminated sheet, an adhering process wherein a sheet base is put on the laminated sheet at prescribed positions by feeding the sheet base with registering, while detecting the marks of the laminated sheet by a detector, and the laminated sheet is passed in this state through between press rolls 9 to be adhered to the surface of the sheet base, and a cutting process wherein the laminated sheet is cut by a cutter 10 and cut off for each sheet base, are conducted in series.</p> |
