PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer system capable of adjusting its desired color characteristics by a simple method in an optical multi-layer system based on a metal layer and a dielectric layer having high shielding force, high color intensity and/or angle dependence of strong interference of a wide range. SOLUTION: In the optical multi-layer system including the metal layer and a plurality of layers, the optical multi-layer system in which these layers include at least one layer pack (A) including a colorless dielectric layer of a material whose refraction index (n) is 1.8 or lower, and a colorless dielectric layer of a material whose refraction index (n) exceeds 1.8 and a selective or unselective absorption layer (B), its manufacturing method and their use, are provided. |
