PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive, simplified telescopic pipe capable of lightly fixing an inner pipe body inserted into an outer pipe body in a non-slidable state and easily adjusting a full length in an increased or decreased state by forcibly sliding the inner pipe body. SOLUTION: The telescopic pipe comprises an elastically-transformable cap 4 forming an opening 4c on a top portion, the outer pipe body 1 in which the cap 4 is stuck to one end, and the inner pipe body 2 inserted into the outer pipe body 1 through the opening 4c of the cap 4. The opening 4c of the cap 4 has an inner diameter somewhat smaller than an outer diameter of the inner pipe body 1, and a peripheral edge portion 4d of the opening expanded in diameter by the inner pipe body 2 is elastically kept in contact with an outer peripheral surface of the inner pipe body 2. The inner pipe body 2 is lightly fixed in a non-slidable state by means of frictional force between the outer peripheral surface of the inner pipe body 2 and an opened peripheral edge portion 4d of the cap 4 elastically touched with the outer peripheral surface, and the full length of the simplified telescopic pipe is simply adjusted by forcibly sliding by means of the force larger than frictional force.
