PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce loss torque due to the contact of end faces of an inner rotor, an outer rotor, and a side plate. SOLUTION: Radial polishing lines are applied on each end face 51b, 52b, 72b of the outer rotor 51, the inner rotor 52, and a second side plate 72 which carry a mechanical seal function. Each polishing line is not caught mutually, a real contact area is reduced, and a friction coefficient is reduced to promote the supply of oil onto a slide face if the polishing lines are constituted in this way. Moreover, a cavity part 50a and a cavity part 53 are mutually communicated by a minute groove formed by the polishing lines, and the cavity part 53 and a shaft hole 52b are mutually communicated by a minute groove. Consequently, oil is supplied and held on the slide face of the outer rotor 51, the inner rotor 52, and the second side plate 72 to reduce loss torque.
