PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic rotation structure which generates high torque and high-speed rotation by utilizing compressed air, even with a low discharge rate and a compact structure. SOLUTION: The compressed air is sprayed, from the center of the inside (a fixed body) of a rotating body, into a peripheral screw-like concavoconvex groove of the fixed body. Then, a vortical wind power is generated in a gap between a concave and convex portions on the side of an internal diameter of an outside rotating body, thereby rotating the outside rotating body. By this system, the centrifugal force of a vortical wind pressure is effectively utilized, the internal pressure of the rotating body is strengthened, the high-speed rotation is obtained even with a low discharge rate, and the structure is made compact because it is directly housed in a case for the equipment.
