SOLUTION: Right and left back wheel fenders T12, an operator's seat 3 as a backward-posture and a back connecting frame 2 are respectively provided to the rear section of the tractor body T, the base frame B1 of the back hoe B is connected to the back connecting frame 2 through up and down engaging sections B14 and B15 in a detachable manner, the controlling gear B4 is mounted on the base frame B1 at a predetermined interval from the operator's seat 3, a step B24 is provided downward of the rear of the operator's seat 3, an oscillation bracket B3 oscillated by a swing cylinder B5 is pivoted on the base frame B1 through a vertical shaft B12, and a boom B6 and a boom cylinder are connected to the oscillation bracket B3. A walk-through space H slantingly extended backward on right and left from the back side of the backward-posture operator's seat 3 is formed on the step B24.
