PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-pack moisture-curable composition having excellent storage stability and placing joint properties of a polymer cement mortar. SOLUTION: This one-pack moisture-curable composition comprises (a) 100 pts.wt. of a specific epoxy resin, (b) 0.4-1.4 equivalents [based on 1 equivalent of (a) the epoxy resin], (b) 20-800 pts.wt. of a modified silicone resin, (d) a catalyst for the modified silicone resin and (e) a dehydrating agent.
