PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cyclic olefin-based resin composition for molded products, which is excellent in impact resistance, peeling resistance and the like. SOLUTION: The cyclic olefin-based resin composition comprises (A) a cyclic olefin-based resin, (B) a modified cyclic olefin-based resin obtained by graft- polymerizing and/or copolymerizing an unsaturated carboxylic acid or an unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride to (A) the cyclic olefin-based resin, (C) an olefin elastomer and (D) a modified polyolefin having an epoxy group, wherein the weight ratio A/B of the component A to the component B is 98/2 to 2/98, the weight ratio C/D of the component C to the component D is 98/2 to 2/98, and the ratio (A+B)/(C+D) of the total weight of the component A and the component B to the total weight of the component C and the component D is 95/5 to 50/50. |
