A cable protective tube for storing a cable and filling mortar therein, comprising a protective tube (1) having smooth inner and outer surfaces formed of iomonomer resin with excellent transparency and a spiral or net−like reinforcement material (2) for reinforcing the protective tube, wherein the reinforcement material (2) may be buried in the protective tube (1), and the protective tube (1) may be a spiral corrugated pipe but a smooth tube, whereby a high transparency can be provided to the protection tube, the filled state of mortar therein can be visually observed from the outside, and a high pressure resistance can be provided to the protective tube.
