PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making container for keeping cold and warm capable of being used in various ways. SOLUTION: The container is characterized in that it is comprised of a bottom member 1 having heat insulation properties, a top member 2 having heat insulation properties, and a body member 3 arranged between the bottom member 1 and the top member 2 and having heat insulation properties, and in that it is constructed to become a container 5 with a lid 4 by installing consecutively the bottom member 1, the top member 2, and the body member 3.
