PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently improve amusement by reflecting the degree of skill of player's stop operation to development of a game. SOLUTION: This reel type game machine 1 is provided with a drawing in control means 11, a drawn-in frame number changing means 12 and a game mode control means. When a winning pattern exists in the range of the prescribed number of drawn-in frames consecutive from patterns on an effective line when a player performs stoppage operation, the drawing in control means 11 controls the operation of reel bodies so as to drawing-in the winning pattern onto the effective line. The drawn-in frame number changing means 12 changes the prescribed number of the drawn-in frames according to selecting operation by the player. The game mode control means performs control for increasing the putting out number of game medals when the number of the drawn-in frames is reduced and reducing the putting out number of the game medals when the number of the drawn-in frames is increased according to the change of the number of the drawn-in frames by the drawn-in frame number changing means 12.
