PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder coating method by which a three dimensional structure is coated uniformly with a large thickness. SOLUTION: The three dimensional structure on which a powder-attachable primer layer is formed is dipped in a powder fluidized bed formed from a powder paint and after being heated at a temperature at which a coating film can be formed, electrostatically coated to form the coating film. In the method, the coating film can be formed by dipping in the powder fluidized bed, passing through heating process to form a coating film by heating and after the heating process, applying the powder paint by the electrostatic powder coating or the attraction of the powder paint and utilizing the residual heat of the three dimensional structure by the heating process. The three dimensional structure can have an opening part and a hollow part communicating with the opening part. In the three dimensional structure, the coating film is formed by applying the powder paint at least on the inside surface.
