PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique and a method by which temperature control of a bed mat using an open cell foam body or springs, and preferably humidity control, can be easily preformed. SOLUTION: This bed mat is made of an open cell foam or uses springs and is connected to an air force-feed means to forcibly feed air into the mat and/or an air suction means to suck air out from the mat.
