PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insecticide transpiratory device meeting the requirements of not spilling a transpired insecticide out of the device, of being of inexpensive and simple construction, of being easy to operate, and of preventing a blower from contamination. SOLUTION: This insecticide transpiratory device has the following scheme: an air-permeable insecticide capsule 30 packed with a transpirable insecticide 3 is engaged on the relevant hole 23 of an insecticide capsule container 20, which is then attached to an instrument body 10 having a blower container 5 and a slit 15, thus affording an instrument 1; by driving a blower 2, air is ensured to flow through the front air hole 32 of the capsule 30, the rear end portion 23b of the hole 23, the blower container 5 and the slit 15; by mounting the instrument 1 with a blocking device 4, the front air hole 32 and the rear end portion 23b are blocked to ensure the insecticide transpired in the capsule 30 not to spill out of the instrument 1.
