PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuttage for e.g. vegetables, flowering plants and fruit trees in an agricultural field, designed to prevent contagion from microbial contaminant in an environment and improve yield when planting a cutting. SOLUTION: The cuttage seedling is inoculated with a strain selected from Pseudomonas fluorescens FPT-9601 strain (accession number FERM BP-5478), FPH-9601 strain (accession number FERM BP-5479), TSB-25 strain (accession number FERM P-17702), FPT-Y1 strain (accession number FERM P-17700), FPT-B1 strain (accession number FERM P-17699) and Xanthomonas maltophilia XM-D strain (accession number FERM P-17701). The method for inoculating the strain to the cuttage seedling comprises using a solution or a solid containing at least one kind of strain selected from these strains.
