<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game device that permits playing of a game, using a controller having only a small number of operating members as a substitute for the other controller. SOLUTION: A controller kind determination section 40 determines the kind of a controller connected to a home game machine. Furthermore, a table storage section 44 stores a key assignment table, in which operation signals inputted from the controller and kinds of intended operations of the controller are associated for every kind of controller. A table reading section 42 reads a key assignment table corresponding with the kind of a controller connected to a home game machine 12 from the table storage section 44.</p> |
