PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a tool and a procedure that enable even elderly persons or women to easily make handmade soba noodles by reviewing the tool for making a small amount of noodles at home and to provide a hygienically- conscious tool. SOLUTION: A noodle-making tool is reduced in size in accordance with the amount of the noodles made at home with a pastry board of a style that the dough is flattened to one direction. Taking into consideration the hygiene of the tool a washable plastic sheet is fixed with L-shape aluminium sashes and the thickness of the L-shape aluminium sash is utilized to maintain an even thickness of the dough. |
