PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a three-dimensional puzzle such as a tri-axial cube with six faces respectively having movable surface members, pelyhedra with twelve or fourteen faces with respectively movable members, and the like, including difficulty in manufacturing though feasible in theory, costliness, unsatisfactory accuracy, and poor movement of surface movable members. SOLUTION: This three-dimensional puzzle is made up of a rotating piece, a moving piece and a core. In the rotating piece, a triangular foot portion continues to a triangular plane portion and the center of rotating is formed in the center. The inscribed slide plane of the triangular portion and the circumscribed slide plane of the moving piece are engaged with each other. The core is an octahedron, and split into two elements of pyramids faced to each other at the bases. A pair of split parts are assembled into an octahedron. A rotating shaft mounting portion is provided to ensure that four shafts will be formed in the central vertical face of the octahedron and a space portion is formed in the interior of the octahedron to enable manufacture of the internal core member by resin molding.
